Arrived satuday March 8

We arrived in Morocco around noon on saturday. We had an hour to spare because we were waiting for four other volunteers to arrive and then our driver would be taking us to our new home for the next three weeks. WELL-- mom decided that we should wait outside since it is a perfect 73 degrees. So after I told her it was a bad idea since we were to meet Ismal by the Majestic limosine counter she won and we went anyway. After an hour of sitting outside watching numerous taxi cab fights I asked her how our driver was going to know where we were. Well she pulled a cross cultural solutions packet out and sat it on our luggage.........ummmm we got no response, so I tried to reenter the airport and got booted out. WE then had to go through aiport security which was a task in itself and re route ourselves back to the terminal. Finally when we got back to Ismal we also were greeted by: Stephanie, Hannah, Alyssa, Madaline and Catherine. They had to been traveling from the US, Hong Kong and Tanzania. We then drove an hour and 45 minutes to our new home while getting to know one another during our ride there. We saw lots of donkeys pulling carts and people, I will be getting lots of pictures to post in the next couple of days of what our house looks like and the city of Rabat. We miss you all, thanks to everyone for your support and kind words on this blog.

So happy to hear you got there. Now the new adventure begins. Can't wait to hear how your first day at "work" goes.
Love you both,
